DeadLinkPatrol crawls websites you add, checks their links, and reports broken links and related site-health issues by dashboard and email. The Free plan covers 1 site. The Starter plan ($9/month) and Agency plan ($79/month, including white-label client reports) add more sites, scheduled scans and features as described on the pricing page. Only check sites you own or are authorized to check.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Prices may change with advance notice by email; changes apply from your next billing period.
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard (billing portal). When you cancel, your plan stays active through the end of the period you already paid for and is not renewed. Payments are not otherwise refunded except where required by law.
We store your email, a hashed password, the sites you monitor and the scan results, and use them only to provide the service. Payments are handled by Stripe. We don't sell data. See our Privacy page. To delete your account and data, email us.
Don't use the service to overload, attack or scan sites without permission. We may suspend accounts that do.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Scans may miss issues or report false positives. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
